2. DISPATCH & PROCESSING TIME

We will process your order within one business day after you place it.

We operate a high-efficiency fulfillment system to ensure your order moves as fast as possible:

Orders placed BEFORE 11:00 AM GMT: Dispatched the Same Day.

Orders placed AFTER 11:00 AM GMT: Dispatched at 2:00 AM the following morning.

Note: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your BP Doctor order is dispatched (either the same day or at 2:00 AM), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's progress in real-time.

4. DELIVERY COVERAGE

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Please note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands may occasionally experience an additional 1-2 business days in transit.
