At BP Doctor UK, we stand behind the quality of our products. We provide a limited warranty to ensure your health monitoring journey is supported by reliable technology.
1. WARRANTY PERIOD
All brand-new BP Doctor devices purchased from our official website come with a 12-Month Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.
2. WHAT IS COVERED?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, BP Doctor will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model.
3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Accidental Damage: Drops, liquid immersion (beyond the rated water resistance), or crushed screens.
- Misuse: Damage resulting from improper charging, unauthorized modifications, or using third-party accessories.
- Wear and Tear: Normal depletion of consumable parts, such as batteries (unless failure occurred due to a defect) and cosmetic damage like scratches on the strap or screen.
- Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to open or repair the device by a non-authorized service provider.
4. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY
To request a warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@bpdoctoruk.com with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
- Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
- Return for Inspection: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide instructions for returning the device.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the item to our service center. BP Doctor will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to you.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BP Doctor is not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure. We recommend syncing your health data with our official App regularly.
