Refund & Returns Policy
At BP Doctor UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2.Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Our standard processing time is 24 hours (excluding holidays).
Important Note: As payment processors charge a non-refundable transaction fee, this small fee may be deducted from your refund upon cancellation. If the 24-hour window has passed or the item has been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Please note the following regarding shipping costs for returns:
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees (including the £10 Expedited Shipping fee) are non-refundable.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bpdoctor.co.uk. In these specific cases, BP Doctor will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
5. HYGIENE & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS
Due to the nature of health monitoring products, items that have been worn or have had their original factory seal broken may not be eligible for a refund unless they are found to be technically faulty.
6. HOW TO START A RETURN

Information Needed: Order Number and Reason for Return.
Once you have initiated a return request and received our authorization, you may return the item to the return address listed below.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company.
Returns Address
To ensure a smooth return process, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping. All authorized returns should be sent to the following logistics hub:

Notice: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
